At Triple-I we like challenging software development opportunities.
Our 40 years of software development experience with literally hundreds of clients in the government and commercial space allows us to draw upon the collective knowledge of our organization to design and implement software solutions that meet your unique business needs and yield rapid results. We provide robust business needs analysis, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation services for clients requiring enterprise-level solutions.
Based on our extensive software development experiences we have defined a leading practice Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology that defines the activities required to take a software development project from the initiation phase where the requirements and scope are matched to the business need, through the detailed planning phase, to the design/build/test phase, and finally the closure phase where the solution moves into a production mode. At each stage in the lifecycle we have stringent quality assurance activities that provide numerous opportunities for validation and verification by our team and yours.
Our methodology can be applied to almost any software development model; be it system integration between existing corporate systems or with an external application, implementation and if need be customization of packaged software or development of a new website or web portal. We work with our clients to first understand their specific and unique business needs to determine the appropriate technology and then tailor our approach accordingly.
Our approach to software development allows us to leverage the experience of our entire organization, providing solutions tailored to your specific business requirements, and yielding rapid results. A few examples of how we have recently helped our clients achieve success include:
- U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence – Triple-I collaborated with the U.S. Army in providing website development and support to keep their Fires Knowledge Network (FKN) at the forefront of web technologies. Support included website governance, website and brand design, dynamic applications implementation, SharePoint integration assessment, dashboard creation and blog management. The FKN website supports over 65,000 soldiers and won a U.S. Army ‘Best of AKO’ design award.
- Honeywell FMT - Weapons Information System (WIS) – Triple-I designed and built a Hibernate, XML and Spring based application to replace a dated Main Frame application tracking the United State's nuclear weapons arsenal. Activities included creating detailed test plans and performing testing for 19 Use-Cases. Triple-I developed over 40 tuned database queries and reports to ensure compliance with output from the system being replaced and created extensive user help files that were incorporated into the application.
- Missouri Employer Mutual (MEM) Insurance - Triple-I assessed and provided critical recommendations to their strategic Windows-based information system tied to diverse data stores, resulting in planned architecture improvements and decreased project backlog.
Technology has evolved dramatically, many times, since we started delivering software solutions in the early 1970s. We keep abreast of emerging technologies, strive to understand how they can best be applied to our client’s business needs and ensure our developers are adequately trained in the latest technologies.
