Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience
• Possess or has made progress towards receiving a Project Management Certification from PMI or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years experience creating project plans, scope documents, business requirements, design, testing documentation and other deliverables within a software development lifecycle methodology.
• Five or more years experience managing successful data management hardware/software development teams.
• Three to five years experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• Three to five years experience in IT-related positions.
• Solid understanding and experience with overall SDLC process.
• Experience managing agile, lean or hybrid project delivery teams
• Experience managing hardware/software solution projects that have a budget of at least $1M.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 10-15 projects (annually) with a total budget of at least $15-20M
