The ideal Recruiter must, at a minimum, be versed in the theory of the following concepts:  

  • Demonstrates the highest personal standards of ethics and conduct and emulates the behaviors articulated by Triple-I’s Core Values and Code of Business Ethics.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Exhibit flexibility achieving fluctuating hiring targets as defined by business requirements.
  • Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts i.e., alternative sourcing.
  • Proactively Interact with Triple-I Sales and Client Service personnel to predict future talent needs.
  • Serve as communication liaison those involved in the talent acquisition process.
  • Accurately report and track candidate data as requested in the Triple-I Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
  • Effectively use applicable tools (LinkedIn, Monster, Career Builder, Bullhorn and other prescribed systems) to plan and document talent acquisition progress in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline.  
  • Proactively update Triple-I management on relevant issues involving revenue, client satisfaction, or problem resolution.
