Kara Floyd, Human Resources Manager, has been with Triple-I since 2005 and is enthusiastic about her opportunity to serve its associates.

She focuses on optimizing employee success through her expertise in employment law, benefit administration, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition.

Kara received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Alan Goldsmith

Sr. Recruiting Manager

Alan Goldsmith, Sr. Recruiting Manager, is responsible for recruiting top talent in multiple disciplines, including Business Development, Project Management, IT, and Knowledge Management. Alan uses the Topgrading methodology to ensure the only the best people are considered for employment at Triple I.

A professional recruiter since 1984, Alan’s recruiting emphasis has been on many different positions in the Information Technology industry. He’s has also recruited for both the healthcare industry and for the Defense sector, and has managed a recruiting group.

Alan is married and has three children. The family loves the Oklahoma Sooners, the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Cubs, and Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Drake University with a major in Human Resources. He also has an Associates Degree from Oakton Community College with a major in Accounting.

Rachel Orscheln

Sr. Recruiting Manager

Rachel Orscheln, Sr. Recruiting Manager, is an experienced recruiter who specializes in identifying and hiring top technical talent. For more than nine years, Rachel has focused on building relationships first, allowing her to connect and source precise talent with area businesses. Candidates and clients continue to trust Rachel as she always has their best interest at heart, which is inherent in her recruiting style and personality.

Although born in Hawaii, her heart belongs in Kansas city. She fell in love with the area when her family moved here in the early 90s. Rachel graduated from the University of Kansas with her bachelor of science in psychology. She is married and has two young girls who love anything pink.
