Kara Floyd

Human Resources Manager

Kara Floyd, Human Resources Manager, has been with Triple-I since 2005 and is enthusiastic about her opportunity to serve its associates.

She focuses on optimizing employee success through her expertise in employment law, benefit administration, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition.

Kara received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Vickie Brown

Sr. Recruiting Manager

Vickie Brown, Sr. Recruiting Manager, has a primary focus of identifying and recruiting top talent, both executive and technical, for the organization and has been instrumental in implementing Topgrading principles within Triple-I’s recruiting process.

Vickie joined Triple-I in 1995 and possesses more than 25 years of recruiting and sales experience primarily within the telecom, information technology, and consulting space. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from University of Central Missouri.

Alan Goldsmith

Sr. Recruiting Manager

Alan Goldsmith, Sr. Recruiting Manager, is responsible for recruiting top talent in multiple disciplines, including Business Development, Project Management, IT, and Knowledge Management. Alan uses the Topgrading methodology to ensure the only the best people are considered for employment at Triple I.

A professional recruiter since 1984, Alan’s recruiting emphasis has been on many different positions in the Information Technology industry. He’s has also recruited for both the healthcare industry and for the Defense sector, and has managed a recruiting group.

Alan is married and has three children. The family loves the Oklahoma Sooners, the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Cubs, and Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Drake University with a major in Human Resources. He also has an Associates Degree from Oakton Community College with a major in Accounting.

Stephanie Martens

Sr. Recruiting Manager

Stephanie Martens, Sr. Recruiting Manager, joined Triple-I on September 26, 2011 bringing over 20 years of Recruiting, Human Resources Management and Business Development experience.  Stephanie has recruited for all types of positions in many different industries most recently for a mobile application development company based in New York City.

Stephanie received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emporia State University and has her Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certification.
