Biography

Frank Russo, Vice President of Client & Alliance Partner Services, leads the delivery and development of Triple-I’s solution sets that meet the business and technology needs of our clients. He is also responsible for establishing Triple-I’s Alliance Partnerships that create mutually beneficial business and delivery relationships.

Mr. Russo is an experienced senior executive engagement manager with over 25 years of management and consulting experience. His corporate management and consulting expertise includes operations forecasting, enterprise requirements planning (ERP), product costing, capital budgeting, lean manufacturing, automated distribution systems, and enterprise program management. His extensive experience across this broad range of business disciplines has been applied to multi-year, complex engagements in the areas of strategy and business planning, enterprise program management, business re-engineering, manufacturing site refurbishing, distributed technology implementations, knowledge management, and compliance within consumer goods, telecommunications, and defense industries.

Prior to joining Triple-I, Frank held various other management and consulting positions including Delivery Leader at BearingPoint, Client Executive at Covansys, e-Commerce Program Manager at NAIC, Principal Consultant at APQC Consulting, and Operations & Systems Manager at Hallmark Cards, Inc.

Frank has been a Campaign Co-Chairperson for the United Way of Greater Kansas City, past President of Our Lady of the Presentation School Board, and Leadership Lee’s Summit Alumni Association. Frank is active in the American Field Service (AFS) Foreign Exchange and various local youth sports associations; a Senior Examiner, Missouri State Quality Award; a Working Group Chairperson, Missouri Governor’s Council on Quality and Productivity. He recently joined the Missouri Public Private Partnership (MOP3) Committee authorized under the Governor’s Homeland Security Advisory Council that seeks to foster direct involvement of the private-sector to augment and support Missouri’s prioritized homeland security issues and initiatives.

  • Received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Trinity University, Texas
  • Earned an MBA from the Bloch School of Business, University of Missouri
  • Rose to the rank of Captain while serving on active duty in the US Army
