June Lunch and Learn

Bad experiences push your customers away. In fact, 95 percent of customers take action as a result of a bad experience, and of those, 79 percent tell others about their experience. In this hyper-connected, interactive and increasingly mobile world, every aspect of a user’s interaction with a product, service or company matters. It forms the basis for the user’s perceptions of that product, service or company.

With the world rapidly approaching billions of “connected” users, User Experience (UX) matters. The challenge of good UX, though, is made greater these days by the multitude of devices, platforms and screens where content is consumed. Responsive design, mobile first and HTML5 are frequently touted technologies and concepts used to achieve a great user experience.

UX is both an art and a science. In order to achieve high-quality user experience, companies must understand:
  • Global Driving Forces
  • Assessment of Issues ― Information Architecture, Brand Identity and Integration Design
  • Modern Technical and Creative Design Approaches
  • Successful Implementation

Triple-I, in concert with our Alliance Partner Propaganda3, will host a discussion about UX at the June Lunch & Learn. Attendees will also have the opportunity to see recent examples of UX executions. Participation is by invite only. For more information, contact Mary Noulles.
