A national company has awarded an IT Managed Services contract to the Triple-I Corporation. Triple-I will provide the following on-site and remote services: multi-tiered help desk, server administration and maintenance, PC maintenance and network architecture. Additionally, Triple-I will perform a SQL Server upgrade and an ERP enhancement.
