Triple-I has been selected to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 User Support services to Daptiv’s customer base of more than 700 customers and 100,000 individuals. 

With extensive experience providing IT Support Services such as; multi-tiered help desk, records center operations, telephony, PC maintenance, and application development, Triple-I’s knowledge of both Daptiv and IT Support Services will be focused on maximizing the Daptiv user experience.
