What is your interview / hiring process – what can I expect?
Triple-I has built its reputation on the strength of our recruiting process. Many firms have tried to duplicate what we do, but none have been able to match what is at its heart. We understand that you are a real, live, human being….and we will treat you as such – with manners and respect, with a real interest in getting to know you as an individual, NOT just a candidate or a resume. We will carefully qualify your technical capabilities AND get to know you as a person. We look for professionals capable of outstanding delivery to our clients… individuals that our clients will LIKE working with, who they can trust, and who can easily fit into our client’s culture and environment as well as our own. We will take the extra time to care about you as a potential employee, and not just a ‘body in a seat! We will give you straightforward, honest answers to your questions, timely feedback and response, and hopefully a career!
