VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS AND SERVICE ENABLEMENT
Pat Hoyes is Triple-I’s Vice President of Operations and Service Enablement. Pat’s primary focus is providing leadership and management of the company’s daily operations and the competency development for the company’s assets, enabling delivery of high quality services to our clients. To accomplish this, Pat leads our technology resource management, shared services operations, information technology, finance and accounting, corporate governance, and office administration functions.
A graduate of the U. S. Military Academy, Pat was commissioned in the United States Army and served in various roles around the world as an Armor Officer and an Operations Research Analyst, culminating in earning a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University.
After leaving active duty, he held a number of positions in the Walt Disney Company, including Manager – Industrial Engineering, Operations Planning Manager, and Operations Manager for Cast Scheduling and Workforce Planning at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. Pat also worked with the opening teams for the Animal Kingdom theme park in Orlando, Disney’s California Adventure theme park in Anaheim, and the Downtown Disney retail, dining, and entertainment zone in Anaheim. Following his tenure with Disney, Pat spent a number of years in various leadership roles with Sprint and Sprint/Nextel, most recently as the Director of Process Excellence Operations.
Pat has more than 23 years of military and executive leadership experience covering such disciplines as executive management, business process improvement (including specific focus in lean and six sigma techniques), operations management, business planning and development, and project management.
Pat is also active in civic and community organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Learning Exchange, a not-for-profit educational foundation focused on supporting and enhancing traditional education through dynamic and innovative experiential learning experiences.
