History

Our history is brief; only 40 years. 

We are a young, 40-year old management consulting and technology services company comprised of driven and highly talented people, dedicated to no-nonsense performance excellence and client satisfaction.  It is with such highly talented and committed people that we have been able to meet and exceed the expectations of many of the world’s foremost organizations for the past 40 years and will continue to do so for the next 40 years – and beyond!

Our real history is the history of our clients’ successes.  Here are only a few examples among the hundreds of clients with whom we have shared success.

  • We began with helping nearly every major U.S. airline to develop and implement modern real time reservations systems, most of which are still driving their companies today.  We helped GM and Ford to develop computerized engine control systems and spent years helping DuPont to design and install its plant process control systems, and to automate the nuclear fission complex it managed for the U.S. Government at Savanna River, S.C.
  • For over 10 years, we helped AT&T and Bell Labs to develop network switching and satellite messaging technology.  We helped FedEx to streamline its customs-clearing and export-scanning processes, and Time Warner to develop convergent communication systems. 
  • For years, we have been helping Honeywell FM&T with technology and administration of its huge manufacturing plant in Kansas City.
  • At the same time, we helped the U.S. Army to develop and implement a worldwide knowledge management system.  And, we continue to assist the Army web-enable its leader development program and implement its Logistics and Field Artillery knowledge portals, as well as the online knowledge portal of Joint Fires.
