Frank Russo

Frank Russo, Director of Client & Alliance Partner Services, leads the delivery and development of Triple-I’s solution sets that meet the business and technology needs of Triple-I clients. He is also responsible for establishing Triple-I’s Alliance Partnerships that create mutually beneficial business and delivery relationships.

Mr. Russo is an experienced account and engagement executive with over 25 years of management and consulting experience. His areas of industry focus have included consumer goods, financial services, fulfillment/distribution, telecommunications, defense, and healthcare. He has extensive experience across a broad range of business disciplines. They include strategy and business planning, enterprise program management, business re-engineering, distributed technology implementations, knowledge management, and compliance.

Mr. Russo has held various other management and consulting positions including:

  • Delivery Leader – BearingPoint
  • Client Executive – Covansys
  • e-Commerce Program Manager – NAIC
  • Principal Consultant – APQC Consulting
  • Operations & Systems Manager – Hallmark Cards, Inc.

Frank received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Trinity University, Texas and earned an MBA from the Bloch School of Business, University of Missouri. He rose to the rank of Captain while serving on active duty in the US Army.
